It's not raining here in sunny seattle, which is unusual. Since I'm local to Vancouver Island it just took me a few hours to drive down from Canada with two other smalltalkers on Sunday. After registering at the conference center four of us drove over to capital hill to find the internet cafe where various smalltalkers had setup Camp Smalltalk for the weekend. There we met Ralph Johnson and talked about his work with 802.11b networking in his home town and later broke into a few groups to find some places to eat, before returning back to the hotel at an early hour of 9 pm. Great food I might add and I caught up some with the activities of the Bern Smalltalk group.
